UPM SERDANG, 16 March 2023 – The concept of sharing session is very important in an organization. The more people know about a certain knowledge, the more the understanding of a matter increases. In relation to that, the Internal Audit Division has taken the initiative by holding knowledge sharing involving every staff of the Internal Audit Division and is a regular activity every month. The turn of sharing session in March involved 2 staff members, Mrs. Marziati Md Din and Mr. Mohd Azis bin Abdullah.

The sharing session was initiated by Puan Marziati Md Din who has made a sharing related to 'UPM Building, Equipment and Vehicle Insurance Protection Services'. Puan Marziati explained about 1. Fire and perils policy 2. Fire policy claim procedure and process 3. UPM Vehicle Fleet Policy and 4. Vehicle policy claim procedure and process.

The next sharing session was continued by Mr. Mohd Azis bin Abdullah who shared about 'Introduction: Assessing Cybersecurity Risk'. Mr. Mohd Azis has explained about 1. What is meant by "Cybersecurity" 2. The Three Lines Model: Roles and Responsibilities. 3. Pitfalls of First and second Line Roles.

It is hoped that this sharing session can provide understanding and benefit to each staff in making their tasks.
