AUDIT COMMITTEE MEMBERS

Based on the General Circular Letter No. 3 of 1998, the Guidelines on the Roles and Responsibilities of the Ministry, the Board and Chief Executive of the Management of the Statutory Bodies of the Paragraph 5.17.2 states that the Audit Committee shall be established by a resolution of the Board which outlines the Committee's objectives, responsibilities and membership. The Committee may consist of 3 to 5 members comprising Non-Executive Directors. The Audit Committee may appoint its own chairman or may also be appointed by the Board.
